What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. When you initiate an analysis, Traitly retrieves publicly available data from social media platforms you select. This may include usernames, post content, engagement metrics, and profile metadata.

We also collect basic usage analytics such as page visits, feature usage, and error logs to improve our service.

How We Use Data

Your account data is used to authenticate you and manage your subscription. Social media data retrieved during analyses is processed through our AI pipeline to generate personality insights. This data is stored only for the duration necessary to produce and display your reports.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Analysis reports are retained for as long as your account is active. Raw social media data fetched during analysis is processed ephemerally and is not stored permanently beyond the generated report.

If you delete your account, all associated data including reports and account information will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

Traitly uses the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:

• OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI for language model processing
• Stripe for payment processing
• Railway for hosting infrastructure
