Traitly does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. Results reflect patterns found in publicly available data and AI interpretation.

User Obligations

By using Traitly, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform
• Not use analysis results to harass, discriminate against, or harm any individual
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Provide accurate account information

Limitations of Liability

Traitly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on analysis results.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Traitly in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Traitly at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
